  • Watching your video on palacsinta gave me some fond memories. I worked as a dishwasher at Hungarian-Viennesse Restaurant in the Catskills Mountain in Upstate New York during the summer of 1962. I recall that palatschinken was the most popular evening snack. I agree 100% with you that it is delicious. Joel S.
